Just now, I enjoyed Sushi near home with my wife because she wanted to eat Sushi.
Japan has a wonderful culture,Sushi.So, Japan has a lot of Standing Sushi restaurants We can go casually whenever we want.
We went to the standing sushi restaurant before the restaurant was crowded.
Getting there, at first We had a cup of Japanese tea, then , placed orders.Today, We chose a course menu on which a sushi chef gives us some sushi he selects as we couldn’t decide what we want to eat.After that course, We started to order sushi we want.
I introduce some sushi I took below.
I like Omelet Sushi.Though less expensive than others in menu,It is very good.It is a little sweet and is suitable for soy sauce.
This is Kohada. Sour taste attracted us very much. We want to eat this item often when we remenber this addicted sour taste.
Squid sushi is one of my most favorite. a sushi chef gives squid thin notch.That delicate job enhances the taste.
The restaurant recommended Salangidae steamed with cherry leaves. Cherry scent and beautiful taste filled in my mouse.
Japanese Spanish Mackerel was also very good. Big topping on shari(rice prepared for sushi) stimulated my appetite.
Here is Giant pacific octopus.We ate with a pinch of salt.It was easy for this sushi to make us happy.
Scabbardfish was so fluffy.I was satisfied with it so much.Very good.
At the end of lunch, We took tsuna sushi roll to make my stomach full.I like sushi roll so that it enables my stomach to be full.
